Practically all types of repairs and transformations have been carried out involving most types of cryogenic vessels, both at the workshops in the Netherlands and in Belgium. Below you will find what has been achieved. Technical report jobs and engineering services have been carried out, as well as quotations and sales of cryogenic components. ISO containers. ISO container full overhaul, repair and periodically testing. In particular solving rest gas problems and for the over-sea transportation of expensive gases keeping vacuum levels at extreme low. Additionally, several repairs of collision damages.
Engineering. Design transformation from trailer unit to chassi mounted design, including full inner vessel ndt-inspection and renewed pressure vessel file.
Dewars. Standard services of tanks 200-1000 liter.
Trailer piping systems. Fitting of new semi-trailer piping- and pump systems.
Inner vessels. Several inner vessel repairs and restorations of insufficient original manufacturing executions of multilayer insulations.
Cold converters. Standard upgrades of piping systems.
OWS tanks. Full overhaul, repair and periodically testing of oil-well service (OWS) containers.
Rental service. F4M pallet tank rental service which you find on our web site www.future4mat.com/tankrental.html F4M operates one 20 feet and one 40 feet container chassi. We are now able to solve your logistic problem if you need to have an ISO container transported to our workshop. As per today F4M can offer outdoor storage space in Belgium for all types of cryogenic tanks. We will quote sharp prices irrespective of storage period. The backbone of F4M has always been solving our clients severe tank problems. This is the case when a unit is completely out of service due to inadequate design or insufficient welding manufacturing quality. We have proven many times that we provide a cost effective repair solution as an alternative of sending the tank back for an expensive and time consuming oem-repair.
